Pridefit LIVE is your virtual fitness studio where you train alongside real coaches and your community—live, interactive, and from the comfort of home. Every class is a 45-minute guided session on Zoom where certified coaches lead you through strength training, HIIT, or hybrid workouts designed to build muscle, boost energy, and keep you consistent. Unlike pre-recorded videos, coaches see you, call you by name, give real-time form feedback, and celebrate your progress. Plus, you get full access to the Pridefit app for on-demand workouts, programming, and progress tracking.
This is fitness built for queer people and allies who want the benefits of in-person group classes without having to leave your home or pay premium prices.

WHY PRIDEFIT LIVE
Group classes are one of the biggest fitness hacks we have. You get coaching to help you reach your goals and stay safe. You have built in social accountability by working out with peers. You have to sign up for a class so it’s on your calendar and you won’t skip it.
On top of all this, group classes are just more fun. And unless we make fitness a little fun, we’re not going to keep doing it.
However, in-person group classes can also be intimidating, exclusive, expensive, inaccessible, and something that a lot of us don’t feel comfortable doing.
That’s why we’re bringing all the benefits of in-person group coaching to an online setting that is welcoming, all-levels, and programmed for you.

What You Get
Unlimited live classes across strength, HIIT, and mobility, plus direct coach feedback and check‑ins. Your membership also includes full access to the Pridefit App for on‑demand programs, progress tracking, and replays when you miss a session.
Each 45‑minute session runs on Zoom. Warm up together, train in guided blocks with coaching cues, then cool down and reflect with the group. Simple tech. Seamless flow. Real accountability.
We recommend having a yoga mat and at least one set of dumbbells to get the most out of your workout. That being said, our coaches are equipped to help you do bodyweight workouts as well if you don’t have any equipment available to you. The more equipment you have, the more variety we can give you in your workouts—so start building that home gym today!

HY-HIIT
A hybrid HIIT class blends high-intensity interval training—short, explosive bursts of effort followed by brief recovery—with strength or mobility work to hit multiple fitness goals at once. It’s fast, sweaty, efficient, and designed to push your engine while building power you can actually use in real life.
HIIT
A HIIT class delivers short, all-out bouts of effort followed by brief recovery periods to spike your heart rate and maximize calorie burn in minimal time. It’s fast, fiery, and designed to push your cardiovascular limits without wasting a single minute.
HY-STRENGTH
A hybrid strength class mixes traditional resistance training with functional, dynamic movements to build muscle that’s not just strong on paper but strong in motion. You’ll lift heavy, move smart, and challenge major muscle groups in ways that boost power, stability, and everyday performance.
YOGA & MEDITATION
A yoga & meditation class blends mindful movement with intentional stillness to strengthen the body while settling the mind. You’ll flow, breathe, and slow down enough to actually hear yourself think—and exhale the rest.
MOBILITY
A mobility class focuses on controlled movement, joint range of motion, and stability to help your body move the way it was actually designed to. Expect focused drills that unlock tight areas, improve posture, and make every other workout feel smoother and stronger.

Zach Brommerich
Hi! I’m Zach.
When I coach, I focus on creativity, clarity, and connection. Every cue I deliver has a purpose — to help you understand your body, feel confident, and make every session feel like you’re achieving something meaningful.
My background includes coaching HIIT, strength, and functional training, and I’m especially passionate about helping beginners feel at home in the gym (or on screen!). I bring approachable energy, lots of encouragement, and a desire to help you build habits that last.
I’ve coached at UT-Austin and worked with students, athletes, and everyday movers. Now I’m excited to bring my experience to Pridefit, where community and inclusivity shape everything we do.

I specialize in HIIT, strength, and functional training, always offering modifications and helping you tune into how your body is moving.
