My programming blends resistance (weighted or bodyweight movements) and respiratory training for a well rounded, healthy, sustainable approach to lifelong fitness. Why am I so confident that Pridefit works? Because I have a 30-day program that lays the foundations for sleep, connections, mindset, nutrition, and exercise. We don’t just have you sign up and hope it works, we give you all the tools you need to succeed.

I love group classes. I love gyms.
