What is included?
Make Habits, Not Resolutions (MHNR) Starter Course is a 30-day course on building habits and learning about the components of health that give the most bang for their buck. The course runs in cohorts - starting at the beginning of the month and running every other month.
The foundation for the course is our habit journal that every member will receive in the mail within 3-5 business days of sign up. This will include 30 days of the habit tracker and journal pages, along with all of the resources of the program printed in color in a 3-ring binder. We chose a 3-ring binder so you can easily add more habit tracker pages and personalize the look and feel of your habit journal easily.
30 Days of Lessons
Each day you'll watch a 2-10 minute lesson on a specific health topic. You'll have an exclusive study guide PDF that accompanies that lesson, a homework assignment (10-20 minutes per day) to encode the day's information, and additional resources to do further research on topics that particularly interest you.
There are 6 lessons per week that are designed to take 30 minutes total per day. Everyday you'll be tracking your habits with our habit tracker and engaging with the Make Habits, Not Resolutions community in our slack channel.
We all know that movement is part of a healthy lifestyle. Your homework for three days of the week will be a bodyweight movement session. These sessions may be a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute video learning how to do a bodyweight squat. No equipment or previous movement experience is necessary.
