Power Habits Course (PHC) is a 30-day course on building habits and learning about the components of health that give the most bang for their buck. Try pairing the course directly with your Pridefit Program, to keep you moving & learning daily.
The foundation for the course is our habit journal. This digital download will include 30 days of the habit tracker and journal pages, along with all of the resources of the program.

Habit Journal

30 Days of Lessons
Each day you'll watch a 2-10 minute lesson on a specific health topic. You'll have an exclusive study guide PDF that accompanies that lesson, a homework assignment (10-20 minutes per day) to encode the day's information, and additional resources to do further research on topics that particularly interest you.
There are 6 lessons per week that are designed to take 30 minutes total per day. Everyday you'll be tracking your habits with our habit tracker and engaging with the Power Habits community in our Slack Channel.
We all know that movement is part of a healthy lifestyle. We suggest pairing the PHC with a Pridefit Program of your choice; home or gym. No equipment or previous movement experience is necessary.
