Power Habits Course (PHC) is a 30-day course on building habits and learning about the components of health that give the most bang for their buck. 

The foundation for the course is our habit journal that every member will receive in the mail within 3-5 business days of sign up. This will include 30 days of the habit tracker and journal pages, along with all of the resources of the program printed in color in a 3-ring binder. We chose a 3-ring binder so you can easily add more habit tracker pages and personalize the look and feel of your habit journal easily.

Each day you'll watch a 2-10 minute lesson on a specific health topic. You'll have an exclusive study guide PDF that accompanies that lesson, a homework assignment (10-20 minutes per day) to encode the day's information, and additional resources to do further research on topics that particularly interest you. 

There are 6 lessons per week that are designed to take 30 minutes total per day. Everyday you'll be tracking your habits with our habit tracker and engaging with the Power Habits community in our Slack channel.

We all know that movement is part of a healthy lifestyle. Your homework for three days of the week will be a bodyweight movement session. These sessions may be a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute video learning how to do a bodyweight squat. No equipment or previous movement experience is necessary.

Sam Leicht is a health coach and Broadway actor based in NYC. He's the creator of Pridefit - an inclusive online fitness community dedicated to sustainable health and making health accessible for all.
