Taerobics / Kickboxing

A great introduction class, this is a fun and energetic way to work out combining techniques from various martial art forms such as tae kwon do, muay thai and kickboxing. Grab a bag and punch, kick, knee and elbow through a great cardiovascular workout with great upbeat hit music. You won’t even realize how hard you are working.

For both men and women, experienced and beginners. Benefits include muscle memory, flexibility and conditioning. This class offers both a mental and physical workout. This class was developed years ago by Robert Giorgio of Giorgio’s TaeKwonDo.
