Tabata

A Tabata workout (also called a Tabata sequence) is an interval training cycle of maximum intensity exercise, followed by a short rest, repeated without pause for a number of sequences. The intervals tax both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. This cutting edge class is the first of its kind in the Metrowest area.

For both men and women, Tabata allows the participant to continually break down plateaus and climb to new fitness levels every week. Both beginners and advanced clients see the results in both strength and endurance in just a few weeks.
