Strength Training - Weights

A total body weight and resistance training work out focusing on all muscle groups. Using resistance bands, medicineballs, physioballs and dumbbells, this class will tone your entire body, not missing a single major or minor muscle group while targeting core strength and stabilization. At least 15 minutes of class at the beginning and end are devoted to a total body stretch and tension release.

This class is for both men and women of all ability levels. Beginners will start with lighter weights and less repetitions and work their way up week by week. A great class for toning and less taxing on the lungs.
