Spinning Classes
A stationary bike ride up and down hills and through speedy sprint segments. Combine both the power and speed aspects of biking to crush your legs and lungs int- shape. At least one class a week adds medicine ball exercises to work the upper body as well. Let the beat of the music guide you through a total body bike workout that is second to none. Both beginner and advanced classes are offered.This class is for both men and women and classes fill up quick! With the addition of two classes a week, reserving a bike will not be a problem. The group energy level rises as the class moves on.
