Performance Training

A combined training class including spinning, circuit weights and conditioning drills. This class taxes the lungs while hitting all muscle groups in strength and endurance training. Some weeks the class is held in the weight room and other weeks stations are set up in our open fitness room.

This class is for men and women, both beginners and advanced. The hour passes before you know it as you improve both cardiovascular endurance and strength. This class is less than a year old but has steadily gained popularity amongst the members.
