Muay Thai Fitness
Muay Thai focuses heavily on a good cardio workout, which includes both aerobic and anaerobic activities. Heavy bag work and pad work are much like interval training because you are throwing kicks and punches with a lot of power while working on your endurance. Rope jumping is also a mainstay of our classes.
A good workout, as well as effective self-defense, the Muay Thai style of combat is one of the most effective forms of martial arts known to man. It is the national sport of Thailand and is fast becoming one of the world's most popular fighting sports. And now, Muay Thai kickboxing training is availble locally right here in MetroWest Massachusetts.
Giorgio's senior Muay Thai instructor, Rich Castetter, has over 13 years of martial arts experience that he is ready to share with you!
