Instructor Taylor Kruse (Master Certified Burdenko Method) is introducing his own unique approach to general fitness. The purpose of this class is to help give people freedom to move in a safe, dynamic fashion while using Kettlebells and your own body weight to attack the 6 essential qualities of fitness (balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed, strength). This class is designed for anyone of the general public.
