CrossFit Circuit Training

CrossFit is the new 'circuit' training. With a variety of stations, participants bounce around, not doing the same exercise for more than a minute. With varying time at each station combined with strength, agility and endurance stations, participants get a well-rounded workout.

The idea behind crossfit is to engage the participant mentally and physically. The longer timed sessions are obviously more difficult, but the transfer between 6-8 stations keeps the workout fresh. The facility at Pride allows for fun and spacious exercise during crossfit classes.
