Core of Steel Abdominal Workout

Abs, lower back, trunk and hip exercises make up this class. Mostly focused on the abdominals, this workout will tighten and cut up your midsection. Using light weights, medicine balls and physioballs, total body fitness will improve based on your recently developed core stabilization.

This is a great beginner class for both men and women. At the end of a tough cardiovascular workout such as taerobixx or spinning, the core of steel class supplements the preceding class perfectly.
