Boot Camp

Don’t let the name scare you. This fun and new age class combines agility, speed, strength and endurance in a total body conditioning class. Tip toe through ladder drills, tone through a body bar circuit and lunge wall to wall to get your heart rate up. Then, improve your fitness by holding planks and suicide sprinting until there’s nothing left in the tank. As with any class, a self-paced workout is encouraged and all fitness levels benefit greatly.

As always, this class is for both beginners and advanced participants. This class improves agility, speed, endurance and strength. Hitting all fitness components, this is probably the most popular class at Pride Group Fitness. Try it out, you’ll love it!
